CITROEN VAN LEASING
Citroen claims that its name is synonymous with innovation, design and flair through the ages; and these philosophies clearly apply to the modern range of Citroen vans.
The Citroen name can trace roots back to 1907 and its first steps into van manufacturing began in 1937 when the Citroen TUB was derived from the Traction Avant and produced until 1941.
Citroen vans were later advanced, ironically, by the company’s most iconic small car – the 2CV. The 2CV, considered by many to be symbolic of French motoring, had many variations during its 40+ years of existence, including a utility model – just one more step in the Citroen van range.
From there Citroen vans have taken many shapes including the infamous Citroen C15, produced from 1984-2005 before it was succeeded by the Citroen Berlingo.
The Berlingo, which actually began production in 1996, remains in the Citroen vans range today and there was even an electric version of the van produced by the company Go Green. It does not stand alone however, as fans of Citroen vans have many vehicles to choose from including the Citroen Dispatch, the Relay and the C2 Enterprise.
The Citroen C2 Enterprise combines practically with comfort and is one of the most economical models of its kind with advanced direct injection diesel performance. The new Citroen Relay is the company’s largest ever van with up to two tonnes of payload available.
The new Citroen Dispatch meanwhile is all about choice. There are more than 26 variations of the model to choose from so you’re sure to find something that fits your needs whether you are looking for a panel van, a window van or a platform cab. Well-suited to goods transportations, the Dispatch is leading the way for the new breed of Citroen vans while sustaining the brand’s historical commitment to quality.
